Payment Policy
Payment is required before ANY work will begin. All samples and drafts will be watermarked. The watermark will be removed once the image(s) have been finalized and any fees for stock images or add on images have been paid in full.
Use of Stock Images
If your eProduct requires the use of any stock images please note that they are not included in the eProduct price. Your approval will be required for the use of ANY stock images.
I will draft your graphics with the sample of the chosen stock image. Once the eProduct image(s) are finalized and full payment completed I will then replace the sample image with the standard stock image. Your images will then be grouped (if necessary) and delivered.
Images Provided by the Client
By submitting your own images for use in any eProduct Graphics you are certify that you own the image rights or have secured permission for use for this project. Barham Virtual Assistance is NOT responsible and will NOT be held liable for any cases of copyright infringement arising from the use of said images.
Design Rights
I retain the right to use any design work (eCovers, eProducts, Newsletter Templates, Website Design/Customizations) in my portfolio and for promotional purposes. I will not publish your graphics in my portfolio prior to the use or launch of your product.
Refunds
Refunds will NOT be issued for any graphics design work.
If I am unable to create the perfect image for you while adhering to the guides set in each product package design you will have the following options:
- Request that the completion of the project be discontinued — You are then free to take your ideas to another designer and have them complete the work. Again, you will NOT be refunded your initial non-refundable deposit fee and you will not receive any final images. You are free however to take your flat, watermarked samples to another designer to assist you in conveying your ideas to someone who may better suit your design style/needs.
- If you feel that we’re close to a great final images but you feel that you need more revisions of the project images you may request to work with me on a by-the-hour basis under my Virtual Assistance contract. If you choose this option you will be billed at the current hourly rate for any further work completed. You will still be billed the remainder of the project fee in addition to the hourly fee for revisions beyond what is outlined in your package design details.
