New clients may purchase a 2-hour trial package for $89.00. This will allow us to get acquainted and get a feel for working with one another. If you’re new to working with a virtual team it will also allow you to get a feel for the process and whether it’s right for you and your business. This initial trial package does expire in 45 days of purchase and refunds will not be issued for unused time.
After the trial period, we will both assess whether the partnership is a good match or not. If both parties believe it would be in the best interests of the other to continue the partnership, then the client will have the option to purchase more hours. Not all VA’s mesh well with every new client. If either myself or the new client feel that we are not the best “fit” for one another then I will be happy to refer the client to another better-suited and more compatible virtual assistant.
Existing clients have the option to purchase 5- or 10-hour packages at $45 per hour. Hours are eligible for month-to-month rollover however, if hours are not used within 3 months of the last purchase they will expire, refunds will not be issued for unused hours.
